What exactly is Belgian and European legislation on Reiki and alternative, complementary and non-conventional medicines? How can a Reiki practitioner be defined as a charlatan, the Colla law, the report by the "Commission des Praticiens en médecine douce du Québec", the Icelandic Rapporteur, the Para Committee, and possible recourse for beneficiaries, for example. What the Reiki practitioner can and cannot say or do. We will also look at the usefulness of the quotation. A brochure, if still in stock, will be provided free of charge.
